A website known as Machinima.com talked to Activision about the leaked video of what appeared to be Black Ops 2. This is what Activision had to say:
“The video posted is from a development demo build, using developer tools meant for testing. The retail build was never accessed or compromised.”
So in other words, it was a version used to test the game. The real deal hasn't been taken.
